Please fill out the information below and Kim will provide learning materials for the song of your choice.   After submitting this form, you will be provided mailing instructions for sending sheet music! Fees for new recordings range from $60-$100, depending upon the difficulty and length of the song.  All recordings are delivered as downloads unless CDs are specifically requested.  Your invoice will be emailed to you or mailed with the CD.
